Travel from Corfu to Athens aboard Running on Waves, following a route that connects the green Ionian Islands with the rugged coastline of the Peloponnese.

Over eight days, the ship calls at Kefalonia, Zakynthos, Katakolo, Pylos, Gytheio and Nafplion. The journey brings together contrasting parts of Greece: sea caves and clear-water bays, the birthplace of the Olympic Games, the stone landscapes of Mani, fortified harbours and historic coastal towns.

Daily yoga sessions with a professional instructor become part of the natural rhythm of the voyage. Practices take place on board, surrounded by open sea and changing coastal scenery, with additional sessions ashore whenever the route and conditions allow. Some mornings begin with movement on deck before breakfast, while quieter evening practices help the body recover after swimming, walking and exploring.

Between destinations, guests can relax in the Jacuzzi, swim directly from the ship, snorkel, kayak or windsurf, or simply settle into a shaded corner of the deck. Full-board dining, spacious outdoor areas and a limited number of guests create a relaxed onboard experience without separating the retreat from the journey itself.

This is a yoga retreat for travellers who also want to discover Greece rather than remain in one location: each day introduces a new coastline, a new town and a different setting in which to move, rest and reconnect.
